About 100 truckers who haul cargo for the Port of Oakland marched to Oakland City Hall and the Lionel Wilson state building Tuesday morning to draw attention to the fact that a lack of state funding may very well put them out of work on Jan. 1. That's when tough new state air quality rules go into effect for drayage trucks that serve California's ports. Trucks older than 1994 are banned.
